Wash, peel and finely dice the cucumber. Wash, clean and finely dice radishes. Put some cucumber and radish cubes aside
Wash the chives, shake dry and drain. Cut up to 8 tips into fine rolls
Mix horseradish and crème fraîche. Mix in chives, cucumber and radishes. Season with salt and pepper
Place some mixture on each slice of salmon, roll up from a short side. Arrange the rolls on plates. Garnish with cucumber and radish cubes and dill tips
