Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers (approx. 375 g each)
  • 5 Stem(s) Dill
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 3-4 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 600 g Salmon fillet
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Wash and clean the cucumbers and slice them into thin slices. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely. Mix sour cream, vinegar, milk and chopped dill and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Mix cucumber slices and dill cream

    Wash the salmon, dab dry and cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Fry the salmon in it for 3-4 minutes, turning it. Arrange cucumber salad and salmon cubes. Garnish with dill if desired.
