Clean broccoli, wash it, cut it into florets. Cook in 1/2 l boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain broccoli, measuring 1/4 l vegetable water
Stir starch with 3 tablespoons of water until smooth. Bring broccoli water and cream to the boil. Bind with starch. Let simmer for about 2 minutes. Season sauce with salt, pepper, stock and half lemon juice
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash and dab salmon and cut into 8 pieces. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice
Heat oil and butter. Peel, chop and sauté the garlic. Fry salmon in it at medium heat for about 2 minutes per side, season. Drain the noodles. Heat broccoli and noodles in the sauce. Serve with salmon
