Salmon bites on pumpernickel

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried green peppercorns
  • 8 discs (8 g each) Pumpernickel
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices
  • 4 TSP Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves and dill flowers

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut salmon into very small cubes. Wash dill and chop finely. Mix the prepared ingredients.

    Crush peppercorns and fold into the salmon cubes with lemon juice. Spread on the pumpernickel slices. Place on lemon slices for decoration. Serve garnished with crème fraîche, salad and dill flowers
