Ingredients

  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 4 Lachsfilets (ca. 125 g)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices

Directions

    Wash the dill, dab dry and pluck flags from the stems. Wash salmon, pat dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and cover with dill flags. Heat butter in a pan and fry salmon on both sides for about 3 minutes each, until golden brown. Take out and arrange on a plate. Garnish with lemon slices
