Salad with shrimps and kiwi

Ingredients

  • 300 g mixed leaf salads (for example: oak leaf, lollo rosso and rocket)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 Oranges (about 150 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g ready-to-cook shrimps

Directions

    Clean and wash salads, pluck into bite-sized pieces, drain. Peel kiwi, cut into slices. Peel an orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the orange into fine slices. Squeeze the rest of the orange. Season juice with vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Fold in 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and marinade and leave to stand. Wash the shrimps and pat dry. Fry for approx. 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of hot oil while turning. Season with salt and pepper and serve on the salad
