Ingredients

  • 750 g Cod fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 giant cucumber
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of cream yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON black caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Trout caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and lemon for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Wash the fish fillet. Bring water to the boil, season with a little salt and lemon juice. Let the fillet simmer at low heat for about eight minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.

    Arrange the prepared ingredients on a plate. For the sauce, stir yoghurt, milk and black caviar until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve garnished with dill flags and lemon wheels
