Ingredients

  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes (red and yellow for example)
  • 100 g mixed green salad
  • 2 TABLESPOONS lemon juice, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, 1 pinch sugar, 2 teaspoons oil
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1-2 Sage leaves or parsley
  • 2 discs (50 g) Baguette

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half. Wash salads, pluck smaller. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix with salad ingredients

    Fry meat in 1 teaspoon of hot oil per side for 3-4 minutes, season. Fry the herbs briefly. Cut the meat open and arrange on the salad. Eat baguette with it
