Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2-1 Head green salad (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 1 small head radicchio
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Radish
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 8 discs (approx. 200 g) Italian bread or baguette
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 small black and paprika stuffed olives
  • 40 g Salami (in wafer-thin slices)

Directions

    Cleaning and washing salads. Cut into strips except for a few leaves. Peel the radish and cut into slices or spirals with a radish knife

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cut bread into slices and brush with the garlic oil. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 250 °C/ convection oven: 225 °C / gas: level 5) until crispy

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar. Fold in 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix the salad strips, radish and olives with the marinade. Serve with salami, lettuce leaves and garlic bread

    Drink: Wine spritzer
