Cut the bacon into pieces. Clean and wash salads. Cut large leaves into strips. Wash, seed and finely dice the tomato
Skip the bacon crisp. Take it out. Deglaze frying fat with apple juice or water and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and possibly sugar. Finally beat in the oil.
Mix lettuce and tomato and serve. Drizzle the marinade over it. Spread bacon on top. Sprinkle with pepper
