Rosemary tarte flambée with goat cheese and honey

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 200 g Fresh cream
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 1 package (200 g) Fresh goat's cheese taler
  • 1 (260 g) Roll of tarte flambée dough
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Forest honey (or other spicy liquid honey)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Stir crème fraîche until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Wash the rosemary and dab dry, remove the needles and chop roughly. Cut the goat cheese taler in half horizontally.

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Unroll the tarte flambée dough and place it on a baking tray with the baking paper. Spread the dough with crème fraîche. Spread goat's cheese on top and sprinkle with rosemary.

    Bake in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with honey.
