Wash legs, pat dry and rub with ##pepper##. ##Peel and press the garlic. Wash ##rosemary##, pluck and chop the needles. Mix both with oil. Spread the legs with it and marinate covered overnight in the refrigerator.
Place the legs on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season with salt. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 35-40 minutes. Taste warm and cold
