Romaine lettuce with parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) Rocket salad
  • 250 g Rocket
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel onion and chop very finely. Mix oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Add diced onion Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean and wash the lettuce and rocket and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cheese into thin shavings with a peeler. Mix the lettuce and rocket with the onion vinaigrette. Sprinkle cheese on top just before serving
