Roll "Strammer Max\" with minute steak, tomato and fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Roman salad heart (approx. 150 g)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Pork minute steaks (approx. 100 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TSP Oil
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 (50 g each) light buns
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter

Directions

    Remove the lettuce leaves from the stalk, wash and drain. Wash tomatoes, grate dry and cut into slices. Dab meat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tsp. oil in a large frying pan.

    Fry the meat in it from both sides for about 3 minutes. Heat 1 tsp. oil in another pan. Fry 4 eggs in it until they become fried eggs. Season with salt and pepper

    In the meantime cut the rolls in half horizontally. Brush the cut surfaces with butter. Remove meat from the pan. Place lettuce, meat, tomatoes and fried eggs on the rolls one after the other. Arrange on plates
