  • 2 Federation (à 50 g) Rocket
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 40 g Pecorino cheese
  • 30 g Pistachio kernels
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the rocket, dab dry well, clean and chop coarsely. Peel garlic and chop coarsely. Grate pecorino finely. Finely mash the rocket, garlic, cheese and pistachios in the universal chopper.

    Gradually add the oil. Season to taste with salt.
