Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the zucchini diagonally. Fry them in hot oil in a pan on both sides until golden brown, season

    Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash parsley and cut into strips. Swivel both in the frying fat and pour over the zucchini. Serve with Parma ham and sliced Parmesan cheese
