Roasted nut bread with avocado tartar

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 small pot of coriander
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 ripe, not too soft avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of Tabasco
  • 8 discs Nut bread

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash the coriander, shake dry, chop the leaves finely, except for a little to garnish. Mix onions and garlic with lemon juice, salt, pepper and coriander.

    Stir in 2 tablespoons of oil.

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds, remove the flesh from the skin and dice. Mix the ingredients carefully, season with Tabasco.

    Spread bread thinly with oil. Heat a large pan. Roast the bread in it one after the other while turning. Arrange tartar and bread, garnish with coriander.
