Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cream horseradish (from the jar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Roast beef slices, finely cut (approx. 27 slices)
  • 1 package (250 g) round pumpernickel (= 27 pieces)
  • 7-10 Tbsp parsley, cherry tomatoes and grapes

Directions

    Stir cream cheese, milk and horseradish until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the roast beef slices with it and roll them up. Cover the pumpernickel slices with the rolls. Garnish alternately with parsley, cherry tomatoes and grapes
