  • 2 TABLESPOONS Smoke salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g Brazil nut kernels

Directions

    Stir salt and oil and mix with the nuts. Roast in a preheated oven (electric: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for 20 minutes, turning until golden brown. Let the nuts cool down and pack them
