  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 Bag "Rice Pudding Vanilla Flavor"
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 fresh egg yolks
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS ChantrĂ© Rouge
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

    Bring milk to the boil, remove from the stove. Stir in the contents of the bag, continue stirring for 1 minute. Leave to cool. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries.

    Leave to stand with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat the egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of sugar, vanillin sugar and Chantré Rouge with the whisks of the hand mixer until thick and frothy. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Rice, strawberries,
