Rice balls on paprika vegetables

Ingredients

  • 250 g Natural rice (long grain)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 small red, yellow and
  • 7-10 Tbsp green peppers
  • 1 baby onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Paprika paste from the health food shop
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 1 potty Marjoram
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine

Directions

    Cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 35 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and dice the peppers. Peel and chop the onion. Heat olive oil. Sauté the prepared vegetables in it. Stir in paprika paste. Deglaze with 1/2 litre water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes at high heat. In the meantime drain the rice. Wash the marjoram and remove the leaves. Knead rice, flour, quark, egg and half of the marjoram leaves. Form small balls with moistened hands and fry them carefully in hot fat for about 5 minutes. Season the vegetables again, arrange the rice balls in them and serve sprinkled with the rest of the marjoram
