Ribbon noodles with bolognese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 package (370 g) Tomato pieces with herbs and garlic
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan slicer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the minced meat in it. Add onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and basil.

    Add tomatoes and stock, bring to the boil and simmer 5. Pour pasta on a sieve and drain. Arrange the pasta with the bolognese on plates. Sprinkle with parmesan. Garnish with basil
