Spaghetti with minced meat sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 500 g strained tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried marjoram

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Peel and chop the carrots. Clean the celery (put some celery green aside for garnishing), wash and cut into thin slices. Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and onions and fry.

    Season with salt and pepper. Add carrots, celery and tomatoes. Add tomato paste and 1/4 litre water, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and marjoram. Pour pasta on a sieve and drain. Arrange noodles and minced meat sauce on plates and garnish with celery green
