Ribbon noodles with Balkan vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 40 g Herb Butter
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen vegetables from the Balkans
  • 150 g Garlic sausage (e.g. Cabanossi)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Melt butter in a pan, add vegetables without defrosting and cook for about 6 minutes while stirring. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Cut Cabanossi into slices.

    Add the noodles and cabanossi to the vegetables and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Peel curls from the parmesan with a peeler. Sprinkle over the pasta
