Ribbon noodles in sage and ham sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 stem(s) Sage
  • 100 g air-dried ham (e.g. Parma ham)
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 40 g Flour
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese

    Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, rinse with cold water and drain. In the meantime peel onions and garlic. Cut onion into fine cubes. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Wash the sage, dab dry and chop.
