Regensburg sausage salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Regensburg sausages
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON sweet mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radishes

Directions

    Skin the sausages and cut into fine slices. Peel onions and slice into fine rings. Cut cucumbers into thin slices. Wash chives and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar, 3 tablespoons water, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Fold in the oil. Mix everything and arrange on a plate. Garnish with radishes. Serve with pretzels
