Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut into thick slices. Drain the mozzarella and also cut into slices. Wrap each mozzarella slice with a slice of bacon. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix with the oil.
Cut bread into 16 slices. Sprinkle slices of bread with garlic oil. Cover each with a slice of tomato, a slice of mozzarella wrapped in bacon and 1-2 sage leaves. Sprinkle with coloured pepper and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes
