  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 500 g frozen berry mix
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Raspberry Spirit

Directions

    Whip the cream until stiff. At the same time, allow 1 sachet of vanillin sugar to trickle in. Put it in a cold place. Finely mash the berries, sugar and raspberry brandy. Use an ice-cream scoop maker to make 12 scoops and fill into cups.

    Spread cream evenly on top and serve immediately.
