Read out and wash the fruit. Put 3/4 of the fruit, sugar and 1/4 litre of water in a pot and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Pass through a sieve, collect the juice and bring to the boil.
Stir cornflour and a little cold water until smooth and bind the juice. Fold in the remaining fruit. Pour into a bowl and allow to set. Serve with vanilla sauce or cream.
