Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 75 g white chocolate
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Sugar

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries. Finely chop 75 g white chocolate. Puree 50 g raspberries. Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Mix quark and sugar, fold in cream. Gently stir in the chocolate, raspberries and puree.

    Pour into jars.
