  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS crushed linseeds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sea buckthorn juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 100 ml Water
  • 10 leaves Mint

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a blender jug. Blend everything finely with a hand blender. Sweeten to taste. Pour Frappé into two cocktail glasses or bowls and serve.
