Apple quark cream on biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Apples (approx. 400 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 5 coated tablespoons of sugar
  • 100-125 g Mascarpone
  • 7-10 Tbsp oder Crème fraîche
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 10 Ladyfingers
  • 4-5 Tbsp apple juice
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Apple corn or Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon

Directions

    Peel and core the apples and dice them equally. Steam with lemon juice, 4-5 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar covered for about 5 minutes. Let cool off

    Stir mascarpone, curd, milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Place the lady fingers, except for 1, in a flat rectangular form (approx. 17 x 28 cm). Sprinkle evenly with apple juice and apple corn

    Spread the compote over it. Spread the curd cream on top. Chill for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa and cinnamon. Crumble the remaining sponge cake finely over it
