Ingredients

  • 100 g Honey cake
  • 25 g soft butter
  • 250 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 50 g Fresh cream
  • 50 g Raspberry Jam
  • 40 g fine sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • baking paper

Directions

    Grease 4 dessert rings (approx. 8 cm Ø) and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix the honey cake finely in the universal chopper. Melt butter. Mix the cake crumbs and butter, put them into the rings and press flat

    Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, jam, sugar and egg until creamy. Pour cream cheese cream into the rings. Bake the rings in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 25-35 minutes

    Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down a little and remove it from the rings. Leave to cool and place in the refrigerator until serving. Sort the raspberries. Just before serving, cover the cakes with the raspberries and dust with icing sugar
