  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 450 ml Milk
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Campari
  • 75 g Raspberries

Directions

    Finely puree the frozen raspberries, 200 ml milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and Campari in a mixer. Distribute fresh raspberries in glasses. Fill each glass half with prepared shake.

    Add 250 ml milk to the remaining shake and foam up briefly in the blender again. Fill glasses completely with it.
