Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 50 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 package Dry yeast
  • 1 TABLESPOON Milk
  • 75 g Raisins
  • 1 l Frying oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Beat butter, 75 g sugar and vanillin sugar until creamy. Stir in egg, salt and quark. Add flour, yeast and milk and knead for 2-3 minutes. Cover and leave to rise for about 30 minutes. Knead raisins into the dough

    Heat frying oil to approx. 160 °C. Form 12 balls from the dough with floured hands and bake in hot oil for 4-5 minutes until brown. Put 50 g sugar on a plate. Take out the finished balls, let them drip off on kitchen paper, turn them in the sugar, let them cool down a bit and serve them
