Radish radish salad with wasabi sour cream and turkey sate

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 4 (80 g each) thinly sliced turkey escalopes
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 1 TABLESPOON Wasabi Paste
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 300 g Radish
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    For the marinade, mix honey, tomato paste, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oil. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into 12 narrow strips. Put the meat strips on wooden skewers, spread with the marinade and chill for at least 1 hour. Stir sour cream, wasabi and milk until smooth. Clean and peel the radish and cut into thin slices with a slicer. Wash and clean the radishes and cut them into thin slices.

    Mix radish, radishes and wasabi sauce. Wash the sprouts. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the meat skewers at medium heat while turning for about 4 minutes. Arrange salad and skewers on plates. Sprinkle with sprouts
