Spread the oat flakes on a baking tray and roast them in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 7 minutes until they are golden brown. Take out and let cool down
Whip the cream until stiff, adding honey. Fold in kirsch. Wash the cherries and put 4 cherries aside. Stone the remaining cherries. Loosely mix the cherries, 3/4 of the oat flakes and cream and pour into dessert glasses. Serve immediately, decorated with cherries and the remaining oat flakes
