  • 20 g Walnut kernels
  • 2 (150 g each) Pears
  • 1 package (250 g) Camembert
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 12 discs (10 g each) Black Forest ham

Directions

    Roughly chop the nuts. Pears wash, quarter, core out, pears in columns cut. Cut camembert into slices. Wash parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks

    Put the pear wedges, ham, camembert and nuts into the pans and cook in the raclette machine for about 3 minutes. Garnish with parsley leaf
