Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1-1.2 kg baby potatoes
  • 150 g Noodles (e.g. Zöpfli)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Herb Butter
  • 1 glass (380 g) Cocktail sausages
  • 2 Corncob (tin)
  • 2 discs Cooked ham
  • 6 discs Bacon
  • 1 Camembert
  • 1/2 Baguette-Brot
  • 400 g Raclette cheese or medium aged Gouda cheese in slices

Directions

  1. 1

I boil the potatoes covered for about 20 minutes. Then I scare them off, peel them and let them cool down.

  2. 2

In the meantime I cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente, drain them and let them cool down.

  3. 3

For the tomato sauce I peel and chop the onion finely. In 1 tablespoon of hot oil, I sauté it until transparent. Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Then let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes and season to taste.

  4. 4

I clean and wash tomatoes and peppers. I cut the tomatoes into thick slices, the peppers into strips. The mushrooms I clean and wash. Then I twist out the stems and put some herb butter in each head.

  5. 5

Drain the sausages. Cut the corncobs into thick slices and the ham into thin strips. I cut the bacon in half. Slice the camembert, the potatoes and the baguette.

  6. 6

I arrange all prepared ingredients and the raclette cheese in bowls or on plates.
