Cordon-bleu salad with herb and sour cream sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 6 TABLESPOONS apple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 100 g Sliced roast pork cold cuts
  • 100 g medieval Gouda in slices
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small radicchio salad

Directions

    For the sauce, wash the herbs, shake dry. Chop parsley finely, cut chives into small rolls. Mix sour cream, mustard and apple juice. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Stir in herbs.

    Remove the fat edge from the ham and roast cuts if necessary. Remove the rind from the cheese. Cut everything into strips.

    Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Clean, wash, spin dry and cut salads into strips. Mix all salad ingredients with the herb sauce. Baguette tastes good with it.
