Quinoa with feta, tuna and olives

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Quinoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g black olives without stone
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g) Tuna (in its own juice)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Wash the quinoa and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes

    Wash, clean, seed and dice the tomatoes and cucumber. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Cut olives into fine rings, drain and pluck the tuna

    Drain the quinoa, rinse with cold water and drain. Season the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in the oil. Put the quinoa, tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives in a bowl, pour the vinaigrette over it and mix everything. Crumble the feta and garnish with oregano
