Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 150 g Asian vegetables
  • 1 can(s) (400 ml) Thai soup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Peel onion and dice finely. Heat oil in a pot and fry onions and vegetables for 3 minutes. Add 50 ml water, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Add Thai soup and heat up.

    Season with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek.
