Ingredients

  • 4 discs Sandwich toast
  • 4-5 Tsp Cream horseradish (glass)
  • 200 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Cut the crust off the bread. Roll the bread flat with a rolling pin, spread with horseradish and cover with salmon. Roll up firmly with the help of the foil, let it rest in the fridge for about 20 minutes

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil

    Wrap the rolls out of the foil and cut into pieces. Mix salad, tomatoes and vinaigrette, arrange on plates with rolls
