Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (270 g) fresh pastry (e.g. Aunt Fanny)
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 175 g cooked ham
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 75 g grated gouda

Directions

    Take the dough out of the fridge 5-10 minutes before. Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions. Cut the ham into strips. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Roll out the dough. Line a quiche tin (approx. 24 cm Ø) evenly with the dough. Sprinkle the base with breadcrumbs

    Fill spring onions and ham into the form. Pour egg milk over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 45-50 minutes. Cover after approx. 30 minutes if necessary. Tastes best warm
