Wash or brush the potatoes thoroughly and boil in water for 15-20 minutes
Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Dice ham. Wash herbs and shake dry. Pluck the leaves or cut them finely
Quench the potatoes and peel if necessary. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Brown the ham in it and take it out. Heat 1-2 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry the potatoes in it until golden brown all around, season
Add paprika, spring onions and herbs and fry for another 5 minutes. Add ham. Season to taste again
