Prawns on speedy spaghettini

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, chili flakes
  • 1 glass (à 370 ml) dried tomatoes in oil
  • 300 g raw peeled prawns
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400 g Spaghettini
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 Stem/s Basil

Directions

    Bring 2-3 l salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Drain the tomatoes and collect the oil. Chop the tomatoes finely. Rinse shrimps and pat dry. Peel and chop garlic.

    Add the noodles to the boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Heat olive oil and 3 tablespoons of tomato oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for about 2 minutes, turning them over. Add tomatoes and garlic, fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and chilli.

    Wash the basil and cut into strips. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Mix in the basil and prawns. Serve the noodles. Parmesan tastes good with it.
