Clean and wash spring onions and cut fine rings. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix sour cream, salad cream, milk, garlic and 2/3 of the spring onions.
Season to taste with salt, a little chilli and sweetener. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the prawns while turning. Season with a little salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Arrange hot prawns with the sauce in portions and sprinkle with chilli powder and the remaining spring onions.
Serve garnished with lemon wedges. Serve with fresh baguette.
