Serrano carrot skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1 collar Carrots (approx. 400 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 150 g Serrano ham in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil and salad

Directions

    Clean the carrots, leave some green, peel and wash them. Cut into pieces of about 5 cm length. Fry briefly in hot oil. Deglaze with vinegar and 1/8 l water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season. Quench and drain well

    Cut the ham in half lengthwise. Wrap approx. 2/3 carrots with ham. Put 2-3 carrots with and without ham crosswise on skewers. Serve with basil and salad
