Put the bag of baking mix into a bowl and knead with 1/8 l l lukewarm water to a smooth dough
Roll out the dough thinly on a little flour. Cut out 26-28 circles (about 7 cm Ø). Put them in a distance on 1-2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt and herbs.
