Prawns in garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 200-250 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons (approx. 150 g) Salad cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 kg Shrimps (without head and shell; fresh or frozen)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with sour cream, salad cream and 2/3 spring onions, season to taste

    Defrost shrimps if necessary, rinse and pat dry. Fry in hot clarified butter in portions on each side for 2 - 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice

    Arrange hot prawns and sauce. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and remaining spring onions. Garnish with lemon. Served with: baguette

    All dishes can be enjoyed individually or together on the buffet. Except for canapés and prawns, you can prepare everything in the morning and put it in a cool place
